The Management of North Pier takes no responsibility for asking prices nor availability.
The annual Maintenance Fee is $461.00 which includes all taxes,insurance, maintenance, utilities, housekeeping, linens, supplies and free pier fishing (when open) for up to 4 persons daily during your lenght of stay. Other amenities inclue an outdoor swimming pool with BBQ grills. 
North Pier is a RCI affiliated resort. RCI is the largest timeshare exchange provider.
Off season (November-March) owners may exchange their week internally for any other week within the November-March time frame (excluding Holidays) based on availability. Weeks may also be traded for a number of mini stays (2or3 nights) within the above time frame based upon availability. A Season upgrade is available for $175.00.  In Season Owners (April-Oct) may exchange their week internally for any other week with the exception of weeks 22-36
